Service Description
• Starting cost is $200 for the entire day • Each additional rider will cost $125 • There is no travel fee for shows located within a 1-hour drive from York, PA • Locations/venues further away will incur an additional $30 for every half hour or driving time • Riders will receive full access to all of their digital files at no extra cost • Riders will be able to access a private gallery to purchase prints or items with their photos • Please contact us for a more accurate cost estimate depending upon competition day/number of riders etc.
Cancellation Policy
• To book and reserve your spot, a 50% retainer is due at booking. The remainder is due prior to photo delivery, which can be anywhere between 2-10 weeks after the convention. The retainer is non-refundable except in the case of a convention cancellation or photographer cancellation • Additional edits A La Carte are $30 a photo • You may upgrade any smaller sessions to their higher tier at anytime to receive additional photos • If you are running late, please contact us ASAP. We schedule in some buffer room for shoots, but unfortunately you may lose some of your shoot time if you are not on time. If you know that you're going to be late or miss your shoot ahead of time, please message us, we may have other times to get you in. If you miss your shoot, the retainer is not refundable • You may not redistribute for profit or use for advertisement without contacting us first. We can arrange access to our print store if personal prints are desired. We are happy to allow our photos for cosplayer advertising, the cosplayer selling prints, and commercial business after an additional photo release is paid • Both photographers will remain masked at all times & are fully vaccinated/boosted. We will get tested after the convention and inform you should either test positive. Kiri is immunocompromised so we please ask that if you are sick please contact us to cancel. In such event we will evaluate the risk and cancel, allowing you to receive a refund
